Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
o 3+ years in gathering requirements, testing, and creating user-focused documentation for CRM/AMS systems.
o Expertise in use-case development and scenario-based testing.
o Experience in delivering training sessions and technical support for non-technical end users.
Skills:
o Strong technical writing skills for creating manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
o Experience with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
Certifications: ISTQB for testing, or equivalent technical writing certifications.
Technology Stack:
Training Tools: Articulate 360, Camtasia, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Documentation Tools: MS Word, Confluence, Google Docs.
